Eddy & Donna Wajon have sent out a plea for help after discovering an incursion of Spear Thistle and Fleabane weeds on their lovely Chingarrup Sanctuary property near Bremer Bay. You can come for the 4 day trip, or just the Saturday & Sunday if you like.

Eddy & Donna are asking for volunteers to tackle an outbreak of Spear Thistle and Fleabane weeds at Chingarrup Sanctuary.

If you can't make the 4 days, coming for the weekend is fine. It's 425 km from Perth CBD.

Eddy and Donna, with the help of hundreds of volunteers, have revegetated the former farm property which now hosts 550 plant species and more than 730 species of mammals, birds, reptiles, frogs and invertebrates. This includes Honey and Pygmy Possums, Black-gloved Wallabies, the Western Whipbird, Purple-crowned Lorikeets, and Mallee Fowl.
